Week 1

Crisp bread and spreads are also always available during snack times.  Fresh fruit or vegetable wedges may include vegetables (e.g. tomato, cucumber, sweet pepper), root vegetables or fresh fruit, depending on the other dishes.

M = does not contain milk
L = lactose-free
VL = low-lactose
K = does not contain egg
N = does not contain beef
S = does not contain pork
G = gluten-free
VEG = vegan diet
